SurgiChart is a secure, private, HIPAA-compliant surgical case log that allows surgeons to post, plan, and share their cases. Its a free, cloud-based service accessed through SurgiChart.com or through the app for iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad. Add or edit surgical data in the browser or on any device and SurgiChart keeps all devices in sync instantly.

The system is a case-centric medical database that uses a unique social-networking method for collaboration. To share cases with others simply invite them to be a SurgiChart Colleague. To allow others to create and edit charts on a surgeons behalf, simply invite them to join SurgiChart and name them as a Delegate.

With SurgiChart the surgeon has access to implant records, images, and videos of each SurgiCharted procedure. No more waiting for films to be printed to share with the patients family immediately post-op. The iPads stunning display lets the surgeon show the family key images of pre-op, intra-op, and post-op films.
